Refund & Cancellation Policy

Welcome to PoH. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our platform, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using PoH, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Refund Eligibility Based on Cancellation Timeframe

12 or more days before check-in:

  • A 100% refund of the booking amount will be issued if the cancellation is made 12 or more days prior to the check-in date.


6 to 12 days before check-in:

  • You are eligible for either:
    • A Future Stay Voucher (FSV) worth 60% of the booking amount, or
    • A 50% refund in the original mode of payment.


Within 6 days of check-in:

  • No refund or voucher will be issued for cancellations made within 6 days of the check-in date.

Additional Terms

  • Refund Processing: All eligible refunds will be processed within 10 working days from the date of cancellation.
  • Partial Payments: Partial payments or advance amounts made toward bookings are non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • Future Stay Vouchers (FSV):Any FSV issued as per this policy can be redeemed for future bookings made with PoH.
  • Processing Fee:Refunds, where applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee.


However, if you choose to receive an FSV (Future Stay Voucher) instead of a refund, the full eligible amount will be credited without any deductions.
